In-Home Lessons:

Private training is the preferred method simply because we address your specific concerns directly in the dog's own environment. Sessions are customized for you and your dog. Scheduling is flexible to fit your time and budget. Puppy Training, Obedience, Targeted Training and Behavior Modification offered in the convenience of your own home. Group Class - Good Manners:

Build strong leadership skills at West Frederick Pet Care Center. For dogs 5 months and older.  We cover Sit, Down, Off/Leave It, Stay, Come, walking nicely on leash, socialization and much more; Course is 6 weeks.

Dogs must be up-to-date on all vaccinations including Bordatella and Rabies. Recurrent flea and tick preventative is also required.

To enroll, simply mail the completed form + payment to Head-to-Tail, Inc. along with a copy of recent vaccination records, including rabies.  The trainer will then contact you to complete enrollment.  Class will be filled first-come first-served.  

Group Class - Obedience Workshop:

Three 1-hour sessions for those who have already had some basic obedience training. A great opportunity for private clients to test skills in a group setting, or a refresher for those who need it. We also advance skills by differentiating Stay (with Sit or Down or Stand) and combining skills; Come + Leave It, Come + Stay.

This class will be absolutely no more than 5 dogs to allow for the personal attention required. Dogs DO come to all 3 sessions (no people-only orientation). Due to the nature of this class, kids can come watch but will not be allowed to participate. Held at West Frederick Pet Care Center.
